Candes-Saint-Martin is a former fishing and inland waterway port. Stroll through its streets with their white tufa stone facades, discover the river patio at the Comptoir du Confluent, visit the collegiate church.

Your campsite is also a "land of flavours".
Throughout its history, the region has managed to preserve its authenticity, particularly through its culinary traditions (goat's cheese, fouées, pommes tapées, etc.) and its wines, which you can taste at the "Terres de Belle Rive" campsite or directly from local producers.
You can go fishing, bird watching, take a ride in a "toue cabanée" or enjoy a local wine tasting at sunset by the water... to each his own.
